Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
MyTimetable ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why. In short: you can use the app without an account, and nothing leaves your device until you choose to sign up.
Data stored on your device
Your timetables, homework, exams and settings are saved locally on your device (browser storage on the web, app storage on mobile). If you never create an account, this data never leaves your device and we never see it.
Data we collect if you create an account
- Your email address and name (if provided).
- A securely hashed version of your password — we never store your actual password.
- Your timetable data, so it can be backed up and synced across your devices.
How we use your data
We use your account data only to sign you in and to sync your timetable. We do not sell your data, show third-party ads, or share your personal information with advertisers.
Analytics
The website may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — for example, how many people visit. This does not identify you personally.
Deleting your data
You can clear all local data any time from Settings. To delete your account and the data synced to our servers, contact us at support@mytimetable.app and we will remove it.
Children
MyTimetable is intended for students. We do not knowingly collect more personal information than the email needed to create an account.
